1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TYPEBEAT.FUN. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Services

TYPEBEAT.FUN provides:

• Beat Automation Service: Tools to convert your beats into videos and automatically upload them to YouTube on your behalf
• Marketplace Platform: A platform that connects beat producers with customers for beat sales
• YouTube Integration: Automated posting and management of your content on YouTube using the YouTube API

3. Independent Sellers (Marketplace)

Producers on TYPEBEAT.FUN are independent businesses and sellers. When you purchase a beat, you are buying directly from the producer, not from TYPEBEAT.FUN.

TYPEBEAT.FUN is a platform that connects producers with customers. We do not process payments on behalf of producers. All transactions are between producer and customer.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with others.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

Your Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the beats and content you upload to TYPEBEAT.FUN. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License You Grant Us

By uploading content, you grant TYPEBEAT.FUN a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and process your content
• Convert your beats into video format
• Upload and publish content to your YouTube channel
• Display your content on our marketplace platform
• Promote your content through our service

This license terminates when you delete your content from our platform, except for content that has been shared with others or is necessary for legal compliance.

Content You Upload

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content does not violate any laws or regulations
• You have all necessary permissions for samples, loops, or other incorporated materials

6. YouTube API Services

By using TYPEBEAT.FUN's YouTube integration features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Authorization

When you connect your YouTube account, you authorize TYPEBEAT.FUN to:

• Access your YouTube channel information
• Upload videos to your YouTube channel
• Manage video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags)
• View analytics for videos uploaded through our service

Revocation

You can revoke TYPEBEAT.FUN's access to your YouTube account at any time via the Google security settings page.

7. Payments and Refunds

Subscription Plans

• TYPEBEAT.FUN offers free and paid subscription plans
• Subscription fees are charged monthly via Lemon Squeezy
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months

Marketplace Payments

Beat sales are processed directly between producers and customers via PayPal or Stripe. TYPEBEAT.FUN does not process these payments.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for subscription plans. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Violate Google's API Terms of Service
• Use the service to spam or engage in abusive behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated tools to create accounts or upload content (except our official API)
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

9. Content Removal

TYPEBEAT.FUN reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights, without prior notice.

We respond to valid copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your content has been infringed, contact us at typebeatdotfun@gmail.com.

10. Termination

By You

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates liability or legal risk for us
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TYPEBEAT.FUN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The service will meet your requirements
• Any content uploaded will be successfully posted to YouTube
• Any defects will be corrected
• The platform is free from viruses or harmful components

You use TYPEBEAT.FUN at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYPEBEAT.FUN LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Any content uploaded by other users
• Any actions taken by third parties (including YouTube, Google, PayPal, or Stripe)

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TYPEBEAT.FUN LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TYPEBEAT.FUN will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, USA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

Time Limit

You must bring any claim within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or the claim will be permanently barred.

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TYPEBEAT.FUN.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Continued use of TYPEBEAT.FUN after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services.
