Data Processing Agreement
Effective Date: November 26, 2025
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Roles of the Parties
- TYPEBEAT.FUN = Processor for uploaded content
- Customer = Controller
- TYPEBEAT.FUN = Controller for account/billing data
2. Scope of Processing
TYPEBEAT.FUN processes User Content (including personal data within uploads) solely to:
- Host
- Store
- Convert
- Publish (to the user's YouTube channel)
- Display in the marketplace
3. Obligations of TYPEBEAT.FUN
We will:
- Process data only on documented instructions
- Implement security measures appropriate to risk
- Assist with GDPR rights where applicable
- Notify users within 72 hours of data breaches
- Delete or return personal data upon request
4. Subprocessors
Current subprocessors:
- AWS (EU region)
- Lemon Squeezy
- Google / YouTube
We will notify users of material changes.
5. International Transfers
Protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. Deletion
Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless required for legal compliance.
